    Light up Monroe Sponsorship
    This is the year!
We have been collecting sponsorships in 2023 and 2024 to finally REPLACE the lights at Travelers Park on Ann Street. Everyone who drives on HWY 2 in Monroe through the month of December see's the beautiful lights and many stop and take pictures. It has become an icon to Monroe during the dreary winter months. The cost of replacing the lights is $20,000 and with our sponsorships and help from our local businesses and non profits we have been able to raise $10,000. We are looking to add a few more sponsors for the tree that we need.

The lights will last 10x longer than what is currently on the tree, as it will be LED bright lights. Your business will be on the flyers we print and distribute, Our Press Release to local newspapers, added as an Event host on our social media channels, in our newsletter and a booth space at the event that takes place each year from 4-7pm the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Each sponsor we coordinate with and plan with is to bring something like: cookies, hot coco, cider, caroling, candy canes etc.. Each sponsor at the event we recognize and thank them at the event with the Mayor of Monroe. Sponsors are allotted to 1 minute each on the microphone to share their business and wish everyone a happy holiday. Being a sponsor also means you are a chamber member for those years you sponsor. The attendance has grown tremendously. We have around 1,000 people that gather each year and we also host a light up car cruise to add to the fun.

    Sponsorship Details
    8 Years $5,000
