Intergenerational Communications Workshop

Each generation has it's own set of experiences and history that sets it apart from others. Knowing how these generations want to work and live gives every work place an advantage in serving their employees to meet their legitimate needs so the company is most successful. 

In this 2-hour workshop, Jaime Johnson MHS ASB Advisor, will cover what has defined each generation, communication strategies, and building a better understanding of each generation so everyone can play to their strengths.
