Light Up Monroe
Date: November 23, 2023, 
4:30-7 PM at Travelers Park Monroe WA 98272

Thanks to the support and generosity spearheaded by Windermere Monroe, Light Up Monroe our annual tree lightening ceremony has grown into a block party style event at Traveler’s Park! LUM is a decades-old holiday tradition of community tree lighting and hometown celebration on the Sunday after Thanksgiving.  The Chamber seeks community partners who share our desire for a quality, family-oriented holiday celebration to broaden the depth of meaning of this exciting time of year. You will find Santa & Mrs. Claus, caroling, free cookies, candy canes, reindeer food, hot coco, gas fireplaces to keep warm, hot coffee and more!

Fair Days Parade and Market

Date: August 24, 2024

Monroe’s favorite summertime tradition kicks off the Evergreen State Fair down the streets of Monroe on the last Saturday in August. Businesses have two opportunities to engage with over 9,000 local residents and guests. The Fair Days Parade is a great way to showcase your business down the streets of Monroe and the Fair Days Market is an opportunity to sell your wares. Registration for the Parade and Market WILL OPEN APRIL 2024.

Monroe Farmers Market

Wednesdays: May 29 -September 25th 2024

Held from May to the first week of September, the market is a community gathering of local farmers, homesteaders and artisans. We offer free live music, activities, face painting, Kid's pop up's, Pie Bake offs & more! Our primary goal and mission for the Farmers Market is to provide Monroe and the surrounding area's with farm-fresh produce, products and services! The market is held rain or shine. In the event of dangerous inclement weather such as thunder and lightening we will have to postpone or close early for unsafe conditions. 
WIC AND SNAP ACCEPTED.
 

Music in the Park

Every Friday in July 
BEER GARDEN- LIVE MUSIC - FREE CONCERT SERIES

Monthly Events

New business and resident packages (mailed out the 3rd Friday of each month)

The Chamber mails out informational packages to all new businesses and new residents that have moved into Monroe.  They contain a welcome letter, advertising page, business cards and promotional material from only our Chamber members. We send out around 60-150 a month depending on new residents moving into Monroe & businesses opening. 

Chamber Luncheon (2nd Tuesday of each month) 

The Chamber’s monthly General Membership Luncheon is an informal opportunity to network with fellow Chamber Members and to hear discussions on topics of interest to the business community.  During these luncheons, we also recognize our milestone Member Anniversaries and welcome all New Members. 

Engage Monroe (1st Tuesday each month except July/August) 
Engage Monroe is a free casual networking event for business owners around Snohomish County where we meet at a new business each month. Strengthening our connections and relationships we are able to cultivate economic vitality and support local businesses.
