    TIME: 11-3pm Saturday February 15th

    Setup time: 9:30am Start time of event: 11am
    BE READY TO SELL BY 11am.
    End time of event: 3pm

    As a POP-UP VENDOR, you are required to stay from 11am to 3pm. You can continue to sell until 4pm but must be off sidewalks by 4:30pm. Bathrooms will be located at the Chamber Visitor Center. 125 S Lewis St Monroe WA or inside the Doloff Key Building where the live band will be playing in front of Burnt Barrel Whiskey Bar. Please plan accordingly and possibly bring someone to watch your space if you need to use the restroom.

    Canopies MUST be secured with weights and not exceed 10x10.

    Event is RAIN OR SHINE.

    Sidewalk must always be clear for handicap and a path for walking. 
    This event is intended to allow shoppers the opportunity to safely and responsibly shop and support some of their favorite local businesses located in Downtown, while enjoying a variety of discounted merchandise, chocolates and other promotions. 

    Booth Fee: 10x10 booth fee $40.00 
    Payments are non-refundable 14 days prior to event. You must pay in advance. You do not get to pick your own booth placement. 

    SUBMITTAL OF THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENT INTO THE EVENT. You will receive an email once application has been reviewed and accepted with payment link and map. Please allow up to 1 week for processing.

    Information about the Clean Building Performance Standards (CBPS) include:

    "Bark in the Park" is a dog-focused event where you can connect with other, local dog enthusiasts in the community and surrounding area!

    Enjoy a day of fun, featuring vendors, exciting demonstrations, photo ops, and a doggie obstacle course. Bring your pup in costume or just come say Hi and enter our raffle. Have fun browsing from local dog- related vendors, see amazing canine demonstrations AND MORE!

    FREE FAMILY FUN!

    *All dogs must be on a leash.

    **Please be kind and scoop your poop. Waste bins can be found throughout the event.


    VENDORS

    Setup time: 10:00am Start time of event: 12pm

    As a POP-UP VENDOR, you are required to stay from 12pm to 4:30pm

    Vendors are encouraged to bring their own  canopy tents, weights and tables that fit in a 10’ x 10’ spot. Note: This is an outdoor event. No power, tables, tents or chairs are provided. Please bring what you feel you will need.
    Food Trucks must provide liability insurance naming City of Monroe and Monroe Chamber of Commerce as additional insured.


    Event Guidelines:

    •All exhibitors must have a product or service that is dog related.

    •In an effort to offer a variety of exhibitors, applications will be screened, and you will be notified if your business has been accepted.

    •All exhibitors must stay for the duration of the event from 12pm-4:30pm. Set up will be between 10 am and set up to be completed by 11:45am. Clean up and break down will begin at 4:30 pm.

    •This is a free event for participants.

    •Attendance at the event cannot be predicted. In the past our "Wiggly Walk event" two years ago exceeded 1000 attendee's. Press releases, mass mailings, social media, and other forms of advertising will be provided by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce. Vendors are also encouraged to advertise the event.

    •This is a family-friendly event; take-away items, on-site services and activities should be family-friendly.
