| Mike Buse | Genesis HVAC | President Mike Buse was born, raised, and still lives in Monroe, Washington. Mike was elected as the Monroe Chamber of Commerce President at the end of 2015. As a lifelong Monroe resident and longtime business owner in Monroe he is a great fit as President. He knows the area, loves his town and is very dedicated to helping increase tourism, help out with our economic development and grow our city. |
Lisa Caldwell Brookdale Senior Living Secretary Lisa Caldwell has been with the Monroe Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years. She has been past president for the Monroe Rotary Club, 3-time winner of the Monroe Fair Days Parade and is an active advocate of our community and Monroe Chamber. James goes out of his way to support our kids, whether it be hosting clubs for movie nights or raising money for the Monroe Public Schools Foundation. Galaxy Theatres also employs our kids! James is a huge supporter of the Monroe Farmers Market. As supporters of the Farmers Market, Galaxy Theatres and James provide a space for our Farmers and Artisans to cultivate a place of community and help bring fresh food to our community. He has become a huge part of our Monroe Community too. He has participated in the Monroe Police Department Citizens Acadamy, he sits on the Board of the Chamber, Economic Development Advisory Board and is also a Rotarian of Rotary Club of Monroe Washington. He has volunteered for Take the Next Step community dinners and is a excellent Board Member for the Chamber partnering and advocating for so many businesses in Monroe. James has championed the remodel of the theatre as well as new lighting and signage. Providing us all with an amazing place to spend an evening out. |

Brandon LeMiuex Ink It Your Way Board Member Brandon LeMieux is a community-focused leader and a key part of the family-owned shop, Ink It Your Way. Since the business launched in 2006, Brandon has applied his expertise in production and design to help local brands stand out. As a Chamber Board Member and Washington State University alumnus, he is passionate about leveraging his small-business background to advocate for Monroe’s economic growth and foster a vibrant, connected community.
